Coffee with Cream Milk Chocolate | Trinitario Chocolate with Trinidad Roastel Coffee

Discover the comforting taste of a Caribbean café with Coffee with Cream Milk Chocolate, an artisan chocolate crafted from Trinitario cacao grown in Trinidad & Tobago and blended with locally roasted Roastel® coffee. Inspired by the Trinidadian tradition of enjoying coffee sweetened with brown sugar, this creamy milk chocolate captures the familiar flavours of a perfectly balanced café mocha.

Made with premium Trinitario cocoa beans, locally roasted Roastel® coffee beans, and rich milk chocolate, this handcrafted bar delivers a smooth, velvety texture with deep roasted coffee notes and natural cocoa richness. Ground coffee beans are blended directly into the chocolate, while brown cane sugar adds gentle caramel sweetness that enhances the naturally fruity character of Trinidad's fine-flavour cacao.

Each 70 g chocolate bar is crafted using cacao sourced from one of Cocobel's carefully selected estates in Trinidad & Tobago, including Rancho Quemado, Gewan Gangaram, Buena Vista, Anand Narine, and Montserrat Co-op. Every harvest brings subtle differences that reflect the unique terroir of each estate, making every bar a distinctive expression of Caribbean bean-to-bar craftsmanship.

Presented in Cocobel's signature collectible envelope-style wrapper, each bar features contemporary artwork by celebrated Trinidad & Tobago artists including Brianna McCarthy, Sarah Knights, and Peter Minshall. Designed to be collected, framed, reused, or gifted, the packaging celebrates both the country's artistic heritage and its world-class chocolate. For the best flavour and texture, store between 16°C and 20°C (61°F–68°F). With a 6-month shelf life, this chocolate is perfect for enjoying fresh.
