Cocobel's interpretation brings this heritage into an easy-to-prepare Cocoa Tea Ring. Made with roasted cocoa, natural cocoa powder, brown cane sugar, and traditional aromatic spices, the drinking chocolate is already sweetened and ready to transform into a rich, warming cup.

For the best experience, place a Cocoa Tea Ring in your favourite mug and slowly pour in a cup of scalded full-cream milk or your preferred milk alternative. Allow it to rest for approximately one minute, then stir thoroughly and whisk or swizzle until beautifully frothy. The aromatic spices continue to develop as the drink rests, creating an increasingly fragrant and comforting cocoa experience.

Because the recipe uses real cocoa and ground spices, natural sediment may remain in the cup—an authentic characteristic of traditional cocoa tea.
